These retarded topics actually serve one real purpose, even though I hate it, it proves that the "donation scrolls" have to have some kind of substantial price in powerupstore so that this kind of thing won't happen nonstop in the official launch.

Well it's not CrackeD and it is a expensive method to attack the base. If you have concern post in the bug section rather than this.
Even thought I had some pretty abusive flaming from some of their memebers last night I still say they are a clan that have legit members and are normally a pleasant bunch of players.

Ya i agree with jp. The scrolls last 30mins so put a 30min CD on it
No need for that high cooldown time. 30 seconds or 1 minute will do just fine.
