the only legal and official KO would definately be from K2... all the rest of any sort of other PRIVATE servers are illegal (bringing it to your terms) i dont know what are your worried about... If K2 or Mgames were to take legal actions which i doubt they will... you wont be affected by it, maybe you'll just loose your chars, items, and some hours which you've spent playing on....
