they need time to fix the multiple bugs and problems they are facing in the closed beta.
I know open beta is also for bugtesting, but then the open beta would last very long considering bugfixes..

thats medical profile... 97 says that you are healthy and can be in everything you want in the army (ofc there is the psychometric test and somemore)
