You need a set of written rules so people can't whine about being banned/suspended/muted.

examples:
Use of a third party program is strictly prohibited and will result in an irrevocable permanent ban from KO4Life's server.

Racism will result in a 6 hour mute and 12 hours for repeat offences.

Public (shout, say, etc) advertisement of other private servers will result in 24 hour mute

Tradespamming is not tolerated and will result in 2 day suspension

Luring is not tolerated and will result in a 2 day suspension

Feel free to give your feedback regarding to server rules within this thread and as for new forum section, I am not really sure. We haven't talked about that yet since we've been working on the server.

I'm quite sure it also depends on the 'Turk' case doubt u guys want to lift the ban for the forums

I read some posts saying gms are barred from doing anything to a forum account. Does this apply to scammers or does said scammer have to make a post in the market section for a ban to be applicable to both?

I don't think thats true, since Felix said that someone caught cheating will be banned from the server, forums, and have his IP given to other private servers.
