Yes, there will be an encryption; however, I can't go into it for obvious reasons.

ppl at beta atm, did u try if R hack tbl works, and things like failsafe heal and others
TBL's did not work in the closed beta, I tryed.

But I don't see anything inside the client or TBLs that could possibly keep you from editting them atm
Sure, not able to test them yet for obvious reasons, but I don't see why they shouldn't work unless you did something wrong
...
However since it's open beta and I will try to be nice xD, I'll share every edit that could be stopped without a 3th party application or costum ecryption (Alltho costum encryption, it's kinda meh, someone with a basic knowledge about ASM can crack it.. Neither is using a packer on the exe is gonna help anyone from editting it btw)
