The rates are located in a single table in Myko database, and it doesn't have different rates for arena map.

Could be rate multiplier in the server files, which I really doubt.

I don't know about lightning, but resist rly does do wonders for ice though. With a lobo hammer+8 and a legcut, I got slowed a lot of times, when i switched to lycaon+8 (also has 50 gr), the legcut rate got reduced a lot.

PS: stunrate and length differing in cz and arena is just plain weird. xD

That's coz legcut and scream both, hilariously, are lightning skills.

schrotti its more like leg cut is GR and scream is LR(could be GR too) beacuse in other privates when i had 0 GR i got slowed by leg cut but when i got GR it helped rly much

Both were ice thingys back in REAL KE.

And for the last time, in arena, everyone stun more. It may be smth else than the actual rate, but some random myko table isnt ground shattering.

Sorry yes, I meant to say glacier. Had just woken up, excuse me Anyhow, both SCREAM (supposedly a "stun" skill) and leg cut are both affected by glacier damage, the more glacier damage you do the more sucessful both of them are.

yep schrotti's right idk about shock stun but i think its lightning skill and i've noticed that scream sometimes works like lighning skill so that u cant move at all but sometimes it just slows you down a bit

Scream can only stun you , it can't slow you , sorry to break the news for you.
Scream is meant to be light , but its ice.
