    Thats 2 examples, theres more but like I said, I understand the majority, its going to make game easier for them. What bothers me is WHY it needed to happen, why forcing ppl to 8ppl with mages, why buffing rogues.

    Anyways thanks for last days, was really hot and enjoyable to wait for this server to come out, it will be gg one and Im sure of it. Sadly I wont take part in it just to xp till 65/70 and then realizing that 8ppl pk parties 24/7 make me bored, sad panda.
    That makes absolutely no sense. The examples you give all involve you towning just to save the all so mighty and precious 50 nps of yours. That, you know, mean the world to everyone that has ever played KO.

    Get it already... NPs mean shit, never meant anything and no one remotely skilled will ever care about them either.

    I find your lack of faith disturbing.

    The examples mean nothing, true. But saying anyone remotely skilled does not care about losing 50 nps is absurd. What are you playing for? Honor and glory? Brainwashed much.

    u cant even town with +80%...if someone hits u in last 3-4 secs u cant town...and anyway,it fucking sux...u said u want as close as KO...but u still do massive changes like how much % hp for town...why dont u just add krowaz and juraid to this old KO while u r doing that already..

    How am I brainwashed? There's nothing left in KO to archieve, and NPs certainly never been any of it... National points are just an unnecessary byproduct from PK'ing. I prefer an actual competition that may even lead me to dying 50 times in a row just to get one kill rather than running through 50 retarded turks and 1 hit everyone because they can't even properly cast a heal or cure.

    You won't ever become "good" in this game, if all you do is care about how much np you gain or lose. It's never been about that, it's always been about the fun. I don't know about you but I enjoy running in a crowd of 50 humans and take out that 1 little paper mage just before I die... Just. For. The. Plain. Fun. Of. It.

    If you're chasing someone for 20 minutes what exactly do you expect? They suddenly decide they want to turn around and fight you? If you really don't care about NPs as schrotti said, why does it matter if they run away or town? Clearly you won the fight whether your opponent is dead or towned. This just benefits gangbangers, and especially sins. Basically you're making it so if you don't town before someone hits you, you're already dead. Not caring about NPs goes both ways. If you don't care about losing em, you shouldn't care about gaining them either.

    Freestyler I hate to dissapoint you but Knight Online is a mmorpg based around PARTIES not going solo altho you can...

    Your probablly a rogue right? So you go inside a party kill someone than town? Is that your Idea of pking?...

    Ya know, trio is still fully doable... lets say a priest a mage and a warrior. Mage can use tp and both priest and mage can gate. Seeing as you play priest, why dont you just gate?

    This seems like a classic case of whimsical fruitive desire. You SAY this messes up the ENTIRE balance, but really what your saying is it affect you personally particularly your style of play; even though it really doesnt.

    You said it yourself... if you were a rogue you wouldn't be crying about this.

    You need to relax, you have always been a bit intense freestyler... smoke a cone or something.

    Besides this NP doesnt matter and you only lose 25 per death. So mathematically speaking lets propose some preposterious mathematical equation. Lets say because town has gone form 50% to 80% you will lose 30% more np. The fact that the dev's have halfed the np loss by 50% means that in finality you have garnered 20% NP.

    Free, just give the server a try.. imo i like the 80% hp thing ( not becuz i'm a rogue ).. We'll have less towners and more kills xD
    You and Makler are 1 of the best duo'rs i know in KO.. i'm sure when the server goes live, you can still do 2 vs 8 (if you got some nice gear ofc).
    In open-beta.. me, CesoiR and a random priest named lecter took a full party of mages, priest and 1 rogue, the fight took more than 3min and we still won w/o any of us getting killed! but guess what, b4 they changed the 80%hp town thing, we needed 100% HP to town! so we were forced to fight them till the end!! It was fun..

    btw, dont you only lose 25np when you die? or is that only for the beta..
