Note: Success rate of from going +7 to +8 has been reduced by a LOT; therefore, I wouldn't recommend upgrading them since you will NOT be given a second set of items if you burn them.

No, it wasn't. If it weren't for leveling and starting from level 1, we wouldn't be able to identify many bugs and for that you have our sincere thanks.

Now, I would actually feel bad for someone who leveled all the way to level 65 and acquired the list of items listed above but that's not the case so I would look at the positive side of this gift instead of the negative.

from what i understood from upper posts .. Ghost said char will be wiped .. so deleted with previous items- nps / coins & u have to make new char .. so no more nps :P
