I heard the upgrade rates will be increased as they are quite low at the moment.

i am sure to +3 with BUS is 100%
almost sure nus is like 90% +2 and like 75% to +3

I was chatting to plenty of people about this and I agree the Anvil just needs to be a little bit more firendly.
