Gear up my BP/INT BP! (69) :o)

Hi.
i just wanna ask a few questions about priests.. (whats best).
Im a lvl 69 priest whitout any gear (dont know what to buy).
I was stuck between the question of going BP ( Fabric)
or go Int bp ( FP+8 STR whit 164 Int for a dd cap+7/15.)
I have around 100gb to buy gear for. + - 10gb..
So, i wanna get some opinions on this
because, i want to be able to tank.. not die in 1 hit..
and be able to hit hard.
heres some prices for you guys in my server.
IN = 25GB
IB = 25GB
GLASS = 16GB
HB+7/+8 8gb, 45gb
DS+7 7gb
lillimes (+0) 3gb
Rocs - 10gb
DR 1gb-1,5gb
WP+3 25gb

^ this was just to give you a little feeling of how mutch my gear is gonna cost ^
thx in all opinions.. remember i want to be able to kill whit my int bp, ;D

id go for gb + in fov+1 + roc dual lili ds+7 and hb+7 fabrics+8 2 hp/2 str and helmet either 25 dd(if u can get it at your server) or upgradble dd +6/7 and get ds+7 and maybe impact+8

200 Str
76 int
rest hp

than i'd save for either lil's +1 or hb+8

i'd go this build:
Fp+8 set (2 hp 3 str) [approx 5gb?]
DS+6/7 (depends on money situation) [7gb]
smite+7 [approx 5gb? havent seen one in a while ]
ii+8 or hb+7(either or, hit extremely simular and if ur FP build u wont need the mana to much so just go with cheaper) [8gb]
wp+3 [25gb]
IB [25gb]
dual lillimes+1 [18gb]
Dual ROC+0 [20gb]

so thats 108GB, but yeah if u cant afford this then get lillimes+0 till u can get +1/2
or get the lillimes+1 and only get a gb instead of IB, wont make a big difference

all sounds good but i would honestly try for maybe WEs + whatever. Just because RLB is dead a lot and that way all your gear will be able to go to a dcz char when rlb is dead but thats just me
