20gb for rlb sin

i got 20gb to spend on my lvl 64 rouge that currently has:

shard+8
shard+3 rebirth

dual old eme
old wp
dual old rol
old skelly belt

chitin+8 3 parts
shell +7 1 part

im unsure about if i should get the 2nd shard+8 or maybe a howling rooster+2?/ wp+1 or the other 2 parts of chitin +8?
just need some advice on how i could spend my money well.. server is C-West if that matters..

I'd take WP+1 and even rol+1 waaay before i would make a HR+2(visual). And i'd buy the other chitin8 parts before the shard8. You'll get all eventually but i'd go like this:

Chitin8>WP+1>shard8>rol+1>hr+2>eme+1

ect... once you get those first 3 items there, i'd make all ur accesories +1, then maybe try to get shell8 pauld and pads, then better daggers/+2 accesories.

i would say go for the other 2 parts of chitin 8 whcih will roughly cost you around 8-9gbs in c-west. Then with the remaining 10 try to get a wp+1.

i think that a shard rev +3 is 700 M so you have 27 Gbs for a shard +8 and 2 ther part of chitin +8. youll have free money after
