if im not bad, it make 50% more possible to make your skills don't fail or something like that... but it WON'T give you 50% more ap
It increases the chance to hit by 50% not damage by 50%. Kinda misleading huh?
useless for priests
it increases a chance for non-100% attack skills such as warriors leg cut or scream
now i know how it works lol
it isn't very usefull for priest. But the wep defence on skeleton is.

Not useless for priests. 59 lvl priests use non failsafe attacks but even in that case id save more money and buy a better belt.
I am a priest andI really don't see a difference on it. I rather stick with the iron belt
