Timing between skills

How long you have to wait between casting , lets say, spike __ x time ___ Thrust __x time __ Cut ___ x time __ etc ...

Nearly impossible to put an exact "time" on it. You just have to try and figure out for yourself
Unless you're trying to set up some macro, in wich case I'd pick an easier class, or learn to play the game like it's supposed to be played.
(not accusing you, just seems like a fishy question )

Depends on your latency to the server, if you have good ping to the server you can do the combo quicker but like setaside sed, theres no exact time to combo those skills, its depends on your connection and combo style. So practice more on it

I never have to wait for spike because if it's on cooldown I simply don't think I should fight anyone. The time between spike and thrust is approximately 2r, (r is a unit of time). The time between thrust and pierce is also approximately 2r, and surprisingly - it is also 2r between pierce and cut.
