hi im a fp bp lvl 69 98% im about to lvl up , my stats re 60heal/54db/6master but my question is do i need to do the 70 skill as soon i get lvl 70? or just when i hit 72? ty 4 info

u dont need to do the 70 quest until u want either 2k buff or subside otherwise ur perfectly fine.

nop... the quests are required for Heal/Buff/Duff skills... Master skills doesn't require any quests (ofc other than masters :P)
