dual old elf metal earring (40m)
dual kekuri ring (20m)
old black dragon neck (10m)
old elf belt (30m i guess)

u'll have 75m left, maybe u can resell with that or buy dual cleavers+8

cleaver 7 are worse then md+6, and cleaver8 are like 150m? way to expensive his other gear will be so crappy he will be 1 hit before he uses spike.
