whats the best way to start ardream bp?

will most likely have

IN
hb 7
dual roc
dual we
glass belt

what armor +8/str or hp?

how much int/hp/str

go to kingofknight character guide and try it out then u will see what u like...

that is how i would stat a bp if i had ur budget...

hp +8 boot/Gaunt
Str +8 Helmet/pauldron
goblin pads
if u can afford i would change the str helmet for a dd

i would change the glass for a iron belt and u can always trow on a random talia which is 99defense more

go for 76INT and rest into Str with HP armor you wont have the highest AP ofc. but you`ll have the ability to tank some which is much much better than the extra AP
change IN to WP+2/3 GB will do it for ardream could consider going IB - rings i say get dual Fov+1 your earrings are cool id keep`em
