considering we have no rogue fp9. id say chit8.
before the cooldown id say chit7. but after the cooldown id say fp8.

hmm in archer fp +8 = chitin +8FP +9 > Chitin +8 > FP +8 > Chitin +7 > FP +7

coz u can have 8 more dex but 100-150deff less ... and u can hit more, but u get dmg for much more ..
if u type archer full dex then go for fp, but if u want to tank people when they come to you, go use chitins ..
obviously the chit8 is better for a rogue or an archer. this is like comparing a +1 shard to +10 shard, i wonder which one is better..
more ap cuz fp's have less he stat requirements so u can put more on dexjust wonderin how u get more ap from fp+8 then chitin +8....
