+9 chitin for sure. Plate is better if u 1v1 but if u do pk then the 53def is better when u duffed.

25dd plate helm vs 19 dd chitin helm

The 25dd helm is better even if u get -53ac (that's quite a lot as penalty but still, the plate helm is better than the chitin one.)

Even if u wear 25 dd total bonus you will still recieve more dmg (from rogues that use daggers ofc) than when u wear just that plate helm.

Then, if u ask me...chitin helm+9 dex bonus & I.set (or similar)...i would say..go use the chitin dd 19 helm/25plate helm and pump stats (like dex) with other neck/belt combo.

When u'll be duffed, that plus dd from plate helm would count even more than the one on the chitin helm - if you are hitted by assas_with_daggers.
Otherwise...minor away & pot yourself being possibly cross minored. U wont really feel that -53ac (neither -200 ac if u ask me) And if u are fency enough...i bet u 've got a cs any + to equip ..just in that case..right?! ^^

thats why i said 25dd is better in 1v1 anyway if warrior hits him he cant do nothing with his +5 dd so i would go for +9/19dd helmet
