Arrow shower cd

Is it just me or orcs don't have cd on arrow shower and human does have a cd?

im human i have a cooldown, orcs let me know. I use shower and multi arrow so it might just seem like that cus we combo it

Are you 100% sure?...Bcuz i'm pretty sure in the vid of OnFire he had a cooldown on both of the side's he played ( human and orc...)

Edit: Watched again... and yep he has a cooldown on both side O.O...

tested two days ago. I currently play a human with a cd on it =.=. it's like 50% less damage with cd

iam orc and i dont have any CD on AS, and i can tell you it make DIFFENCE in tank dmg
