fp8 > chitin 7 for sure.... u get MASSIVE amounts of HP comparatively so its nice ^^

But is paper set +8/15 health better that fp set 8/15 after you restat? Possibly using talia for the pauldron.

i would go for chitin pauldron and pads ...and fp gaunt, helmet and boots...
also depends on ur zone

there isn't that big diff in the def between chitin 7 and fp 8

and u use DS +7/+6 so ull have high def anyway

and the hp bonus will recover the AC lose..

go fp unless you plan on buying chit wep defence, cuz if you dont buy chitin wep defence chitin is pointless...

for example, i had a chitin 8 set with wep defence, but i just got a fp 9 set which i feel is way better, im playing rlb aswell so yah thats my opinion unless you plan on using chitin wep defence, go fp 8.

Since u are using DD +7, then i would say go Chitinis +7. And u can then buy weapon deffence set armor as prodigy already mentioned.
