it doesn't give u ap but it gives u more damage.
for example warriors use hb and rof,cause rof gives flame damage and hb flame item

who the hell made that sht up.. and who the hell actually believes it hahaha i tested dual rof +0 and hb +8 against dual str rings +8 and hb +8 :P dmg = exactly the same ap

The elemental rings (flame, shios, imirs) only work for magic attacks.
