BDW Levels

hi,
I searched already,

and max level for bdw is 73-78.

I'm 79 with 70%, and I don't have magic shield...

should I delvl? or is there other ways to get that certificate of victory.

ahh this is so annoying, I didn't get it coz I wasn't planning on pvpin until i'm 83... I was just straight up exping. Now I have to delvl 1-2 days worth of exping? =S

is there other ways?

Just buy scroll, its like 10m lol... or make new char if u are so greedy :P

Can u find bdw-lvls anywhere? I mean like, if u´re lvl 65 or 72 with what lvls u going to have bdw with.
