Best archer gear setup(225 Gbs)?

I'm curious about setting up my archer with some gear.

What are the best items I can get for 225 GBs?
I wanna have a high AP will still being able to tank a bit ( at least not be a 2 hit when duffed).

leg bands+2 (rols in ardream)
pp+3
hr's as high as u can ( 16 dex if ardream)
full plates +9
elf belt+2 or +3

explanation :
ib,pp,elf,fps for high ap
leg bands and hrs for resist ( very important for EVERY archer)
ur hp and ac will be decent
resist will be good
ap will be very good

i think yea, if u use the +2 uniques and not +3's it should i think
but keep the pp at +3
