Is it 100% to change let's say lightning damage to flame damage? let's say i buy elixir+7 with 56 light can i make it flame for 100%? and which scroll to use to do that?

nah, if im not bad it's like adding any bonus or elemental. it's like 99.9% but there is a chance of burning them. i've burned many items like this

dispelling has always been 100% and adding Elemental is around 95%, burned some items myself, but never heard of any1 burning while changing Elemental
