just practice on it a little bit and you'll be fine, just incase you do it too fast you'll fail alot so I suggest to slow down little bit.

Slowly but surely, hold W press r once.. and get the skills going. Ain't the best, but it won't fail... won't be as fast ( thought depends on your timing) and it works fine
