RLB mage question on build

Ok so I am need help on picking witch build to go with, this is goin to be on a lvl 65 mage ATM till i get 69 but witch would be better to go for

-Carboard+8 Build with Scorching Staff+7
Or
-Crystal+8 Build With Hell Blood+7

also note my rings and everyone are all quest's b/c this is for c-west sever and dont need uniques ATM all nubs

maybe in 1months i will be able to get dual flame rings +0

also note i am carboard+7 build with wood staff+9 and still pwn on west with just this gear and have about 600-700m to spend on 1 of these builds

i think ur better off going crystal. damage wise i wouldnt see much diff since 112 int is like 36 point till u can wear crystal armor. so take that little extra ac u might be lacking.
