LvL 69 BP with FP+8/9

At lvl 69 BP would it be good to be a FP+8/9 BP with good dmg or would you have shitty dmg?
Also my items would be dual ROC+0, dual LE+0, IB+0, Wp+1 and HB+7.

i wouldnt go fp bp in lvl 69 i did it once with +8 fps hb+7 duel fov wp and we's and skelly but i hitted way to low for a bp
i should go g1 in lvl 69. Int bp gets better when u have helish

FP9 with those items would rock, you'd still have around 1700ap

You don't wanna go shitty HP build though.

160 INT, rest STR (which at 69 should be something like 185 I think)

it is quite shitty tbh, helis gives most of the damage dealt compared to judgment, its a much better option to go paper bp if your lvl 72 or below..
