i always played with weapons effects off so idk

Cleaver 9 is less good as shard 8 cause with a cleaver 9 you have more low dmg attacks then with a shard 8 cause of the Mid class weapon issue

cleaver 9 and 8 glow the same, its not really the glow its the ap increase that helps you
