Cooldowntime on descent

So, i was wondering how many seconds it takes to recharge descent, the level 50 skill in defense. Im not lvl 50 so i cant test it yet, so.

Decent 9.1 0 Defense 50 50 Teleport to selected party member location

roughly 9.1 seconds
