Alright i've talked with numerous friends and the opinions are scattered all over the place.

The question is : Do dual wield hit harder on higher AC targets due to the doubble elemental.

    Example

Avedon +8(184AP) Vs Rogue 1,000AC No Axe defence
    Tota +9(130AP+Impact+8 54,5AP)(184.5AP) Vs Rogue 1,000AC No Spear/club defence
    -
Avedon +8 Vs 1,000AC Iron set Rogue
Tota+9/Impact+8 Vs 1,000AC Iron set Rogue

Will Duals hit harder overall due to the elemental and matching AP of the Avedon? Or will the Avedon still hit higher due to the rumour of uniques hitting harder?

    Opinions wanted thanks.

the dual weapons have the dual damage reduce of the iron set so you will hit harder with the avedon

Avedon will hit higher on people with weapon defence. (I think anyway?)

And u play on dies so...I'd go with Avedon

There is alot of Club defence i must say so HB is not a option right now. Thanks for all inputs but i could still use some more. Also it would be great if someone who previously used tota+9 could give me their opinion aswell.

With the duals your combo will be better but if you are a really good comboer you can do the same combo with avedon like the hits of r skill r skill, it s a little hard but you can make it so i preffer avedon+8 for bonuses, no axe deff and if you are a good player you can do a very good combo

Just did a test with dual wield vs avedon.

    Dual wield ap - 184.5
    Avedon ap - 184

Dual wield did 10-20 more damage but also had a higher average damage.
Dual wields damage was around 460 while avedon was all over the place mainly the low 430's.

The test was done on a sc'd rogue with 1,050AC no weapon defence. I Will do a test with iron set shortly.
