both have its advantages, with dual the player(s) your fighting will need 2 types of weapon defense armor for them to take less damage from you but with 2h you will hit harder overall then dual, I've always played with dual, now which dual to use, it's all in preference, Lugias is good for the Dex bonus to increase the chance of scream, never tried using a Hanguk so can't give any input on that, but Javana 1h is a nice off hand axe, I'm curious to see other people's opinions on this subject aswell
If you really want to go dual, get a chaos nebiros+7 and a hanguk+8 at least.
Other than that, 2handers will usually hit harder both on iron set people and no weapon def people. It also depends on your combo, playstyle and so on.
Not to mention the costs for the dual wep set are usually 1.5x or 2x the cost of a 2hander of same + so you might get other gear upgrades instead.
what about murky +8 hanguk +8 ?
I always loved duals and baal, but if i would have to choose between them it would be baal all the way, for the rest it would be more or less like this:
Baal> Duals>HB/Wirinom>rapotr/buju
