i would say the exe shard 8 in main hand.i think the 6 ap would even out with if not be more than the 13 dex bonus. and this way you dont lose any hp/mana.

EXP Shard+8 in maim hand will pwn dv+8 in mainhand , if im correct sligty more ap , and no negtive stats.
get a dv+8 in offhand cuase the dex bonus > the more AP of the exec shard+8 cause offhand less dmg
