it comes down to 4AP and 6 ele dmg from the IB and 150HP/MP plus the resist on EE - id take the bonuses on that EE since 4AP aint that much in Ardream to be honest
and about that sowrd def. on EE lets face it no one uses sword on Ardream xD

i would trade 150 hp for 4 ap anyday, but it depends how u play :x i am more of a ranged archer and i only 5 shot when they get low, so i prefer to be able to kill from a distance,
