if u got a rlb / ardream char too , elixir , but if u are full cz , go to aztec because of the weapon effect.

never seen an elixir+9 but the effect of the lvl 70 weapons are good specially the mage ones except the undefeatable but the others are great go for the aztec for sure

2. it has more ap
3. u wont lose any ac

I would say go with the aztec cuz of the awesome cast effect it has.
