Elixir +8 vs Garp +7. Slowing only.

In terms of slowing only. Which staff slows better? I will be using dual shios.

i used personal staff +7 vs garp +7 and an oasis staff +8

and im selling my garp +7 staff :X

it slowed ppl but oasis staff is better for the hp bonus

and tbh, i dont think 1 mage can slow any better then any other mage, it all depends on the persons resist they are attacking, as long as the staff has glacier damage on the staff.

idk about garp +7, but garp +8 hits a shitload and slowed like 95% of the time with dual shios +1... but that was girakon in like the first few months
