I need help on my jewelry and maybe advice on my build I'm going to get.

heal: 55
buff: 60
master: 5

or should I remove the 5 points and add it to heal? Or maybe go full heal and 55 on buff?

My build will be chitin+8 hp set, dread shield+6, lycaeon hammer+7 and fp dd 25
On jewelry I have no clue.
If possible give me a low budget and mid budget list.

As kamikadzeee said, go 60 heal 60 duff, complete 10k heal is very nice in RLB.
Cheap jewels, would be:
Dual Old Mano Rings (The 10 health ones)
Bronze Earrings (10 Health ones) or White Silver Earrings.
Neck, Elemental or Warrior Pendant.
Belt. Kekuri Belt

has anyone tried plate build in rlb? u dont really need that high of ac in rlb seeing as the skills dont hit thats hard. but with plate u would have high hp moderate high ac and enough mana for anyskill
