Fire:
Dual wse+1
Dual FR+0
IN
Ske belt or Glass belt
Lycaon+7 or Scorching+7
Paper set+8 or G2 set+8
Lightning:
dual wse+1
dual imir+1
IN
Ske belt or Glass belt
Elysium+8
crimson set+7
DD helmet and SD boots
the typical question: what will hit the most and is it worth to hit "lot" more than stun? and which is best overall

i deal 350dmg and i feel its pretty low but maybe it isnt, in that case i need to improve my combo :P

+1, don't underestimate. Lightning > all imo.light ftw!
light will win go for light
350 damage for lv42 skill is actually pretty decent. It looks low for you but with a good combo and a stun here and there you should do good. Highest staff damage I have ever seen was done by a godly flame mage and that was 450, so go figure.
