FP+8 or Chitin+8 BP

I want to know which would be better for XP? For LvL 79 BP and LvL 60 BP. Also do I want str or hp on armor or have both. I want to be a BP that can attack with good damage and also put on a shield and party heal to. Thanks

dont even bother going chitin or fp bp at lvl 60 :P.
but with lvl 79er i would go chitin in my opion fp+9>chitin+8>fp 8

chitin +8 is good, but if u get a dd , i would go for fp, anyway i must got x2 lili and rocs, if u go chitin u'll need much uniques with str to compense the ap

For just XP I would choose full plate build because its way cheaper and your damage will be higher on mobs. But if you plan to go pk to I would stick to an chitin +8 set + defence chitins.

.... and where do u exp nowadays? in the eslant? 90% of high lvl exp is going on in cz, so U NEED more def <_<

and priests are first ones to attack, just after mage dies (or even b4 mage)

with chitin+8 you get like 100+ more defense, more mana, same HP, just a little less ap
so you can attack in exp and still switch to tank mode in pk

if you have the right uniques, i say go with fp+8 or fp +9 like me ^^

alot more hp points and you hit harder and like i said with the right uniqes you can have hella def..

i have around 2500 AP with FP build and over 1000+ DEF with str set and Hell Breaker on...

with str gear on i still have a little over 7k hp too

firstly, for a lvl 60 priest, theres no point going either chitin or fp build unless you want to be 100% support. The reason people go chitin/fp build is because lvl 72 skill helis hits really hard and makes up for a lot of the missing AP.

As for the debate between chitin and fp +8, definately chitin is better, but you also have to look at the price, you&#39;re comparing a shard +7 with a shard +8... theres quite a big difference in both price and power. Chitin build is much better imo, you do sacrifice a bit of AP compared to FP priest, but as said above, you get a load more AC and int and resistances, and if you are on the newer servers, you can also wear weapon defences.... (altho that wont really be needed during exp, but maybe your char will go to juraid dungeon, or your lower lvl one would go to BDW, in which case, that will be useful i guess)
