So right now all I have is chitin+7, WP+0, Quest jewels, and shards+7.
Gonna get chitins+8 and I want your opinion on what other gear i should try to get, though I do have a limited budget so probably no +3 uniques for a while.
I was thinking:
String of Skulls or Elf belt
RoL/Legionnaire band, or Legionnaire band/Fov if i cant get a RoL
WP+0 will do me for now
Not really sure on earrings, EME/RE?
Not really sure what daggers to get.
ROL will be your best bet for rings, wp+0 sounds good and elf belt would be my choice. I'd get rols and elf belt before upgrading to chitin +8s, but get eme afterwards.
edit: ups forgot to say, upgrade main hand to cleaver9 asap. Will be the biggest upgrade. Offhand chd7 will do nicely too, and it's somewhat cheap.

Right now my buying list looks like
Cleaver+9
CHD+7
RoL
Fov
Elf Belt
Chitins+8
Howling Rooster+1
EME+0
In that order.
