I'm currently playing on a 70 cap server.

What build would you recommend?

Shell build , Chitin build or FP build with hp

FP + dread shield/SS is a great option. Chitin + PS is a great option. Depends on the server, CZ composition, and the availability. FP 9 is beast tho.

Never shell.

Chitin Str BP
+8 str chitin set
Ascalon or +7 wirinom
iron neck and iron belt
foverin +1 dual
lilime's +1 dual

Build 2:
Int BP
ruahue +7 and adaga +7
+6 int krowaz set
dual platinum ring +1
goddes neck +1
glas belt
white silver earring +1

These are the items i can afford for these builds which one will be better ? or would you prefer something else with this budget ?

I do not see either of those builds being feasible on anything other than a [less than] 4-6 month old server. And a purely STR chitin set would make you an instant 1 hit. My build was insane (+2s and +3s, krowaz 8, ruahue 8) and I still did squat for damage (the reason I quit). The first build will do a bit more damage but you'll be a 1 hit. The second build will hit for 300-440 damage.

The idea of an INT BP was honestly an amazing one. The fact that it was rolled out and never touched/modified again highlighted the gross neglect of the game's developers in a gaming market where fluidity and dynamic development are not only necessary but commonplace. This game never quite figured that out -- The blasting skill should have been modified to include the +30 INT bonus (without effecting mana) and the INT:AP ratio needed a buff. Two very simple issues that were never addressed.
