You'll be able to stun at a pretty decent rate.

Its not really 'easy' since the stunning rate is somewhat lower than what it used to be (pre-ice-100%-slow-patch). However, with those items your stun wont be bad either. As sexe said, paper classes you'll be able to stun pretty darn good. ^^
