[Rogue] How to get 70+ skills working?

Hey everyone,


Can anyone specific the things and / or quests I need to do to activate my skills?
I am trying to figure out or find out what I need to grab/get Dark Pursuer (lvl. 70), Blow Arrow (lvl. 72), Blinding Strafe (lvl. 75), and the lvl. 80 skill Power Shot.
Let me know if you can help me out, I got roughly about 2 gbs on me, but let me know what's the best way to get it right and done fast.
