more room for pots, cures w/e
some of sins also make g1 armor with str on it so they can have more room for pots and cures, you probably should make one will be handy later on.
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO SWITCH THO, I pked alot with my str set on -.-

no like he said it just helps carry more pots/cures. Even thou im a archer i have a raum+7 i use for the str bonus to repot (didnt buy just for that, just not sin atm)

more str = more weight..s0o its a good bonus..
Adding any points into str instead of dex or hp is simply a waste especially when you can easily increase your weight carrying ability by using a magic bag.
You were correct about the dex making your a stronger attacker but having str gives you the ability to carry more gear. Not just pots but def armor to switch out or styx if your an archer.
he said daggers anyways, i lol'd
