ice mage help

considering all the hints i'll get, how do i make a good ice mage?
im not purely support based tho, ill be wanting to deal damage too so i want a damage build, something thats kills and can turn into a support when necessary
budget will be around 40 gbs

ive rarely seen an ice mage get solo kills, unless its some type of KS
but they are greatly needed to slow/ice the koxpers

U have 40 gb for whole gear? OR u have krowaz or some stuff already? If not then i would go for this:

Mage krowaz set +6 = 16gb
Skeleton belt = 4gb
Garp +7 = 5 gb
Dual shio +1 = 10gb
Dual old SSE = 0,8gb
Normal/ Old EP depends if u can get a bit more cash for +1 etc.

So with Old ep this build will cost u about 36-37GB and u can get SS +0 for running. With normal EP it will be like 39-40gb.

paid 20 gb for the set so atm i got the same thing except the garp (have oasis)
what should i up next? shios to +2 or ep to +1....?

well if u are good at staying away from melees then for sure upgrade those rings... shios +2 will do wonders for ur damage.
