CHD +8 gives me more ap than a shard +8 in off hand like 50 AP difference

so maybe +7 quest gives same as +8 shard

I think it's around same ap, but PD gives hp and resist.
PD +7>Shard +8

dont worry about 30 ap or whatever the difference is, go for additional bonuses with PD in offhand
