all kind of bifrost gems do drop them and nothing more (haven't noticed any1 who got that ring from Medal)

NP medals drop everything.(Well at least in the first few days of expansion) In Korwaz land when u kill the bosses and you get the boxes at the end, some end up being a Bifrost mob so u have a chance getting a fragment from them
they don't drop everything... There is no chance to get CS nor DS nor CE nor Biff Rings as far as I noticed
i actually saw a picture of flame ring flash by when using the chaotic generator with a black gem... so hopefully gems still drop them
they are only shown as a drops from gems, but dungeon gems don't drop them, they never did and I guess they will never do
bf gems drop from the new 70 thing in cz, kill giga hammer and cuff binder, and they spawn envys and Lust and u get frags and can turn them in
yep, and yeah NP medals do drop them.. i saw a SS of someone getting one.. it was one of the big duper NP medal SS tho..
