from a full krowaz set you get 500 hp, 30 resis in all elemental, and some more bonussus. ( that's what I can remember from my priest ( which has full set of krowaz ). But I don't know exacly since I am not on it atm.
and also, krowaz set +7 is way cheaper then shell 9 ^_^ so you can even buy way better gear from it too

MP Bonus: 500
Strength Bonus: 10
Health Bonus: 10
Dexterity Bonus: 15
Resistance to Glacier: 10
Resistance to Lightning: 10
Resistance to Magic: 40

In cz I find myself most of the time tormened. Since my defence is gonna be lowered krowaz or not, I would like to keep my ap high. Chitins+9 plz.
Simple, Chitin for Archer, Krowaz for Sin, also take note that this tip comes from someone that'd pick full plate +10 over Krowaz +7 (as Archer), cure curse, disease, lupine, light feet, safety, decent accesories and a brain should keep u alive, even at solo-sneaking at CZ, Chitin Shell +9 is better and more than enough.

i would say chintins to i like the def and stats from the krowaz but in cz as and archer i always seem tohave subsidle on me so i need all the ap i can get.
on the other hand the with the price diffrence you could get some more great gear to go with the krowaz.
shell+9 is better than krowaz+7 i think ..

Krowaz pads +7
The rest, shells+9
I got the set shell +9, and the set krowaz +7, but this mix is REALLY good.
whit 2 pieces of krowaz, u got +12 dex, thats 24+12 = 36 dex, 2 less than +9 one, and a lot of other good stuffs.
AWWW, i forgott, i got dagger of player +8 ( GOOD RESIST ), thats what i go for ap in gear. (:
maybe chitin is better in ardream for attack , but krowaz is the best in cz because you need defen a lot of ! i prefire krowaz
