LE+7 or Exlir+8? Also Agate earring good for a light mage?

i have Elixer +8 and it actully has a pretty good stun rate but i have dual imirs so i would go for elix +8 because it hits harder also hope it helped

Elixir +8 would be the staff i would chose , about earrings CE's / WSE's (cause of additional int)if u decide to go with LE , otherwise stick with LKP , SSE (cause of hp) if u get elixir ..

well i pick'ed up the elixir+8 hope it works out good for some pking and some of these earring and stuff are hard to find on the new sever and all, what about belt wat should i use light belt of life or something

Light belt of life is good IMO for xping and stuff , also some nice hp / ressistances can be usefull in pk for a start . Should do the job till u can afford at least skelly ,but aim for GB/IB when u have enough money for that . Not quite sure about LBOL aswell , wont be that also hard to find during that not many ppl r 70. and that gem drop rate suck balls .
