i would pick the luigas. the huge dex bonus helps quite a bit for legcutting/screaming people

Mukrys haves more ap but lugias haves very cool bonusses like hp and dex, so i would pick lugias

Lugias is better of course but i think this weapon is over priced. For example on Manes, lugias +7 cost 12-14gb and murky +7 cost 5gb or sometimes less. Then it depends on your server.

So lemme say ... Murky got stronger attack and the weapon def should overrun luigias HP bonus against BP and Warriors
Luigias give u advice against mages and sins and more legcut but weaker dmg.

I wouldnt favorize any.

lugias = amazing, looks great, gives hp (health and mana) dex, what more you aska for?
11 hp and 22 dex > 7 str
ap isnt everything i would much rather get 1 or 2 more attacks in before my first mana pot, can make the difference in a vs and can make a huge difference when pking to have that legcut work when you need to run.

you could probably get a mirky 8 for tiny bit more than a lugius 7
