Go with duals, I use to use a HB but I sold it and got some duals and the duals hit faster and give better bonuses that rappy.

For RLB i'd say raptor is best choice

well here's the deal. Duals have the highest rate of damage and also better success rate of special skills succeding. However, you can't hit enemies who are running from you, and players with iron sets will have 20 resistance for your lugias and 20 resistance for your 2nd weapon. This makes duals Crap vs priests using chitin shields or Gab's

well dude it depends if you've got your personal priest (debuffer) or else you're pking with random ppl. I would definitely go for rappy 9 as your dmg on debuffed ppl will be way, way higher. All it matters mostly on the ppl you pk with
